Housing

A musical artist’s residency, a dynamic live-work environment that encourages collaboration and community engagement. Performance spaces are interwoven into the public and private spheres, which drives visual and auditory connections.
Residences are grouped into clusters, with wide, sliding doors that can shift the space from a private bedroom, to a public, collaborative workspace. This allows artists to showcase their work and collaborate with their adjacent neighbors.
