Summer 2023
Proposal
Programs: Rhino, Revit, Twinmotion

The project is a volunteer proposal for a renovated dining and conference room in the Soyuzvika Ukrainian Cultural Center in Kerhonkson, NY. The renovation makes use of the breathtaking views of the Catskills by using a roof system that captures the traingular motifs of traditional Ukrainian church roof design.  This design allowed us to exhentuate the mountain peaks visible across the valley while providing an elegant yet cost effective solution.  We took a radial approach to how the roof will interact with the existing wall, allowing us to reduce costs by making the roof panels identical to eachother as they move across the curve.
